ENRX brings induction heating expertise closer to Middle East customers

With a new office in Dubai, ENRX is making it easier for customers across the Middle East to access local sales, engineering expertise and field service.

Industrial customers do not only need equipment. They need fast answers when production is running, technical expertise when a process must be improved and reliable service throughout the life of an installation. ENRX is bringing that support closer to customers in the Middle East with a new office in Dubai.

‘Distance matters when an industrial production line needs technical support,’ says Chandrasekhar Chellagurkimattada, newly appointed General Manager for ENRX Middle East. ‘A specialist engineer who can reach the customer quickly can help solve a problem before it becomes a costly interruption.’

The Dubai office gives ENRX a permanent local base from which to support customers across the region. It provides direct access to sales, technical expertise and field service, while drawing on the resources of ENRX’s wider international organisation.

BENEFITS OF A LOCAL OFFICE: ‘Being present locally means we can bring our expertise closer to customers and support them throughout the full lifecycle of their equipment,' says Chandrasekhar Chellagurkimattada, newly appointed General Manager for ENRX Middle East.

From local agents to local support
ENRX has served customers in the region for many years through local agents. The Dubai office marks the next step: establishing a direct ENRX presence closer to the industries and production environments where its technology is used.

The region has significant activity in energy, manufacturing and industrial infrastructure. These sectors rely on processes that must be productive, repeatable and increasingly energy-efficient.

Induction heating can play an important role in that transition. Instead of heating a component with a flame, induction uses electromagnetic energy to generate heat directly in the material. The result is fast, focused and controllable heating.

Depending on the application, induction technology can be used for welding, brazing, hardening and other industrial processes, helping manufacturers improve process control, energy efficiency and production consistency.

‘The Middle East presents significant potential for ENRX’s induction technology, especially across tube and pipe production, brazing and component hardening applications that are important to the energy sector,’ says Chandrasekhar. ‘Being present locally means we can bring our expertise closer to customers and support them throughout the full lifecycle of their equipment.’

A local team with wider reach
The Dubai operation will work closely with ENRX India, which provides an important technical, sales and service resource for the region.

Four employees from ENRX India – two sales representatives and two service engineers – will support the Dubai operation and travel to the region when required. This gives customers a local point of contact while maintaining close links to ENRX’s wider engineering and service organisation.

The same network can support customers beyond the initial equipment delivery, from application discussions and commissioning to service and future production needs.

‘The strong technical capabilities of ENRX India will help us provide effective sales and service support to customers in the region,’ says Chandrasekhar.

Building on regional momentum
The new office builds on business that ENRX has already developed in the Middle East. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company secured a EUR 1 million contract to supply an induction heating system to a major energy company in Saudi Arabia.

‘Our first priority is to connect with existing customers, introduce the new team and make them aware of the support now available through the Dubai office and the wider ENRX organisation,’ says Chandrasekhar.

The new office is part of ENRX’s continued development of its international sales and service network, giving customers across the Middle East easier access to the company’s induction heating expertise and support.
