Your IPT installation may still have a future
Do you operate an IPT / Inductive Power Transfer system for electrified monorails, skillet lines, AGV tracks, floor conveyors or rail-guided material handling? If service, spare parts or replacement components are no longer available through your current supplier, your installation may still have options. As the original IPT technology manufacturer, ENRX IPT brings 30 years of expertise to review your system and advise on service, spare parts, component replacement or a new system solution.

A full replacement is not always the only option
Option 1
Service and maintenance
For systems still in good working order: inspection, parameter tuning, spare parts and preventive maintenance to extend operational life.
Option 2
Component replacement or Gen 4 systems
Where individual components are worn, unavailable or at risk, ENRX IPT can supply replacement parts — or a complete new Gen 4 system as a modern alternative to Gen 5.
Option 3
Staged upgrade
Where the system is reaching the end of its practical lifetime: a phased migration plan towards newer ENRX IPT technology, including PWRMOVE Gen 5.
Not sure what you have? We can help you find out.
Tell us about your installation and what you need. ENRX IPT will review your details and advise on the most practical route — service, repair, spare parts, replacement or upgrade. A photo of the type plate or component helps, but is not required.

Where this technology comes from and why it matters for your system
1996 – 2014
IPT technology created within Conductix-Wampfler — by the team that became ENRX IPT
Inductive Power Transfer technology was created within Conductix-Wampfler in 1996. Systems and components developed by that team were sold and installed globally under the Conductix-Wampfler brand for nearly two decades.
The team behind that technology is today ENRX IPT. The same engineering knowledge that created these systems is still available to assess, service, repair and support them today.
2014 – present
Independent as IPT Technology since 2014 — operating as ENRX IPT since 2023
In 2014, the team became independent as IPT Technology. Since 2022, ENRX IPT has been able to support customers directly, outside the previous sales channel. In 2023, the company continued as ENRX IPT.
If you have been told that support for your IPT system is no longer available through your current supplier, it may still be worth checking your options directly with ENRX IPT.
From existing IPT to PWRMOVE Gen 5
For systems approaching the end of their practical lifetime, ENRX IPT can advise on a staged migration path towards PWRMOVE Gen 5, our latest generation of contactless power transfer technology for industrial mobility applications. The first step is not a full replacement — it is a system check to understand your installed components, condition, risks and continuation options.
Legacy IPT systems
Older-generation installations from approximately 2010 or earlier. Many still operational and potentially still serviceable.
New Gen 4 systems and parts
ENRX IPT still supplies complete new Gen 4 systems. Replacement components and repair options also available, extending system life without a full migration.
PWRMOVE Gen 5 migration
Staged or full migration to PWRMOVE Gen 5. Designed for demanding industrial mobility applications with high efficiency and compact design.
Start with a system check
A free IPT system inventory check is the practical first step to understand your options — without any commitment.
Why ENRX IPT?
ENRX IPT combines original IPT technology expertise with direct service and support for existing installations worldwide.
Deep knowledge of IPT system architecture, component behaviour and failure modes across multiple generations — built by the same team that developed this technology from the start.
ENRX IPT still supplies complete new Gen 4 systems — a proven, modern solution for sites not yet ready for Gen 5. Service and support options also available for many older Gen 3 installations, depending on system configuration and condition.
Support options for repair, replacement and spare parts across a range of older IPT system generations, subject to technical assessment.
We assess your specific installation and advise on the most practical route: service, repair, spare parts, component replacement, staged upgrade or further inspection.
Service and technical support available globally, with European operations through ENRX IPT and DETO. Onsite assessment and inspection available across key markets.
For customers ready to modernise, ENRX IPT can advise on a migration to PWRMOVE Gen 5 — our latest generation of contactless power transfer technology.
