The candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be exposed to and involved in activities and projects related to different parts of the global group of companies. The goal is to provide the candidate with experience in key business areas and opportunities for future leadership positions, fostering an exciting career within the group.

Your main tasks include:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Excom to execute ENRX’s strategic priorities.
• Take on ad hoc responsibilities for Group management matters.
• Drive global improvement projects, enhancing Group productivity and profitability.
• Develop and implement global improvement processes.
• Build competence and knowledge to enter Group management positions within 12 to 24 months, including international relocations.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree with a combination of technology and economics, strong academic results, and preferably 5+ years of experience from full-time work after completing their education. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a business-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, and interpersonal/intercultural understanding.

The position is initially based at the headquarters in Skien but is intended for rotation in various management areas, including the possibility of longer international assignments at one or more of our foreign offices/subsidiaries.
