Inductive charging and power supply solutions speed up the logistics flows in distribution centres and warehouses.
Induction technology provide value in many areas within intralogistics. One example is flexible charging of, or direct power transfer to, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and smart robots. Another example is contactless power supply to technical systems such as sorting, storage and retrieval machines. Wireless energy transfer also makes it possible to build cabins that can move in any direction.
- Inductive charging or power supply for AGVs and smart robots
- Contactless power supply for ASRS, conveyors, cross belt sorters and EMS
- Wireless energy transfer to horizontally and vertically moving cabins
The ENRX Floor installation does not require rails or structural steel. It consists of two shallow channels in a flat concrete floor with an iron-free zone.
ENRX Power Rail is a contactless and efficient way to transfer power between two objects, making it well-suited to the continuous movement of ASRS. The solution also eliminates the need for contact points and connections, reducing wear and tear on the system and reducing the risk of costly downtime and maintenance. IPT can be easily adapted to suit various operational scenarios.
Each cabin has its linear drive. With inductive power transfer systems, cabins can move both horizontally and vertically.
ENRX Floor systems enable high speeds of more than 10 m/s while being maintenance and wear-free.
Resistant to strict temperature control, humidity, or dust-free environments, such as the pharmaceutical and food production industries.
