Technical sales support
After achieving record sales in 2022, ENRX is still experiencing a high level of orders and has many exciting projects to be carried out. Therefore, we are currently seeking a new colleague for our Sales Support department, who will provide technical support to our customers and sister companies. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly qualified professional environment with friendly colleagues, both locally and internationally.
Our Sales Support department works on projects that provide sustainable solutions to a range of industries around the world, through the use of induction technology. With over 40 years of experience in solutions and products for industrial induction heating, our technology has gained a leading position in the global market. In this role, you will have a central and independent position in our sales team, responsible for a defined geographical area. You should expect some travel as part of your responsibilities. Our corporate language is English.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for facilities and equipment to be used in projects, both for sister companies and external customers
- Conduct technical calculations and economic evaluations of requests and present our solutions
- Participate in customer visits and provide support in final negotiations in collaboration with our sales team
- Ensure good training for customers and colleagues
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Recent graduates will also be considered
- You have experience with technical calculations and have good process understanding
- You have previous experience in a similar technical role with customer contact
- You have a good understanding of finance and business
- You have excellent Norwegian and English language skills, both oral and written
